Junior Flemmings (born January 16, 1996 in Kingston, Jamaica) is a forward for Toulouse in France's Ligue 2. He played for Birmingham Legion FC in the USL Championship division during the 2021 season.

Flemmings played as an amateur for Tivoli Gardens FC in Jamaica before beginning his professional career with the New York Red Bulls II of the United Soccer League in 2016. He left for the Tampa Bay Rowdies in 2018, and then to Pheonix Rising the following year. He won the "Golden Boot Award" for most goals scored during a season shortened by the COVID-19 pandemic and by Flemmings' own suspension for using a homophobic slur against an opponent.

Flemmings joined Birmingham Legion in January 2021. During the season he started 15 games and came in as a substitute 6 other times for a total of 1,348 minutes on the field with one yellow card. He took 48 shots on goal for Legion FC, scoring six times and contributing three assists. Flemmings also played as a member of Jamaica's men's national team for the 2021 Concacaf Gold Cup and for 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifying matches.

Birmingham agreed to transfer Flemmings to Toulouse in January 2022. The team was then in second place in Ligue 2 and playing for promotion to Ligue 1.
