Legion Comics and Games (originally Empire Comics) is a retailer of comic books, role-playing games (RPGs), and war games located in the Pelham Promenade shopping center at 2649 Pelham Parkway in Pelham.
in the Oliver Square building at 3248 Cahaba Heights Road in the Cahaba Heights neighborhood of Vestavia Hills.
The shop was opened in 1992 by Paul Stewart as Empire Comics in the nearby Heights Village shopping center. He moved the shop to another location in Cahaba Heights until 1994 when he leased space at Oliver Square. The name was changed around 1995 to avoid confusion online with another older comic store with the same name.
Legion moved to Pelham in 2024.
