Magnolia Point Restaurant is a casual seafood restaurant in the Magnolia Point Building at 2234 Magnolia Avenue near the Edgehill at Southtown development in Southside.

The 72-seat casual restaurant was created by a partnership between developer Michael Mouron of Capstone Real Estate Investments and Nick Pihakis of Pihakis Restaurant Group, which operates the business. Mouron acquired the building in 2021 for $360,000. The business was awarded up to $364,000 in sales tax credits from the City of Birmingham over five years to offset the expense of renovating the existing structure.

Chefs Paul Yeck and Dave Atkinson developed the menu, featuring fresh Gulf seafood. The restaurant has a full bar and patio seating. It opened in July 2024.

The restaurant, which has a mural depicting "Birmingham Batman" Willie Perry on its outside wall, celebrated Willie Perry Day with a special menu.
