Marky's Kitchen

Marky's Kitchen is a Greek-inspired "fast casual" restaurant, operated by John Cassimus and named after John's father Marcus, who with his wife Zoë Cassimus started the similar Zoë's Kitchen chain in 1995.

The new restaurant opened on May 29, 2024 at the former Local Roots location on Cahaba Heights Road in Cahaba Heights. Its menu features many items similar to those found at Zoë's Kitchen, with the notable addition of the "Smashburger".
