Medical Properties Trust building

The Medical Properties Trust building is a headquarters office building for Medical Properties Trust. The $150 million building was designed by the Atlanta, Georgia office of Perkins & Will, a subsidiary of the Dubai-based Dar Group. It is located on a 7-acre lot within a 54-acre parcel at The Bray at Liberty Park.

The building was designed for "Net Zero" carbon and energy, as recognized by the International Living Future Institute, and to qualify for "Platinum" status as recognized by the U.S. Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification program, and the International WELL Building Institute.

Ground was broken for the new building in late 2022, and it is expected to open in 2025.
