Mineral Springs is an unincorporated community located in Chilton County. It is located east of Jemison at the crossroads of Chilton County Highway 51 and Chilton County Highway 68.

The community is named for its natural mineral-rich springs. It once housed a boys' and girls' ranch operated by the Alabama Division of Youth Services. The Mineral Springs Health Resort began operating there in 1911.

In 2024 Alabama Mineral Springs LLC opened a bottling plant for packaging and distributing the spring water.

Convicted church bomber Bobby Frank Cherry was born in Mineral Springs.
