Patrick A. O'Reilly (born 1856 in County Cavan, Ireland; died July 28, 1904 in Birmingham) was pastor of St Paul's Catholic Church and one of the founders of St Vincent's Hospital and the St Thomas Home-on-Hill orphanage in East Lake.
O'Reilly was ordained on December 19, 1879.
O'Reilly was also a chaplain for the Alabama National Guard. He died from injuries he received when he fell from a horse during a military parade at the fairgrounds. He was buried at Elmwood Cemetery. A memorial statue sculpted by Giuseppe Moretti was placed on the ground of St Vincent's.
