Roscoe Drayden Chandler (born c. 1887 in Blount County; died July 29, 1955 in Birmingham) was the co-founder and long-time owner of the Famous Cafeteria at 1713–1715 4th Avenue North.
Chandler's funeral was officiated by Edgar Arendall. He was buried at Elmwood Cemetery.
