State Representative

• I am not sure how to handle the first sentence which states that he "is" a state representative etc. Once he was elected to the JCC, did he step down from being a state legislator? I am a little fuzzy on how that works. --Wheresdib 08:11, 29 August 2007 (PDT)

Corrections

• Commissioner Carns asked his assistant to suggest the following corrections: His company was located in Pell City, not Birmingham. His legislative service continued to 2006.
