The Essential

The Essential is a breakfast, lunch and dinner restaurant and bar at 2018 Morris Avenue in the Founders Station redevelopment in downtown Birmingham. It was created by Victor King and Kristen Hall, who also founded Feast and Forest in 2nd Row.

The restaurant features American and pasta dishes made with local, seasonal ingredients. The bar serves signature cocktails, select wines and craft beers.
