Trussville Promenade, originally Colonial Promenade at Trussville is a 974,891 square-foot retail center built in 2000 and 2004 on either side of Chalkville Mountain Road, just west of I-59 Exit 141 in Trussville.

The center was developed by Colonial Properties Trust. The first phase, called Trussville Promenade I or Trussville Promenade South was built for $70 million, covered 685,000 square feet on 111.2 acres. It opened on May 17, 2000 with 18 tenants, including anchors Walmart, Goody's, Marshalls, and Regal Cinemas.

The smaller 289,891 square-foot second phase, was developed across Chalkville Mountain Road in 2004. It is anchored by Sam's Club, Kohl's, and PetSmart. The outparcels on that side are also addressed on Midway Church Road.

The center is presently owned and leased by Acadia Realty of Rye, New York.
