Unitarian Universalist Church of Birmingham is a Welcoming Congregation affiliated with the Unitarian Universalist Association, located at 4300 Hampton Heights Drive off West Valley Avenue in Birmingham's Glen Iris neighborhood.

The church was founded in 1953 by Unitarian and UAB founder Joseph Volker. In 1955 the congregation met at 50 Oak Street in Mountain Brook.

In 1959, the church moved into its first permanent building at 2365 Cahaba Road, where it would stay for over 50 years. Brook, Fuller & Crawford designed the building, which was constructed by F. R. Hoar & Son. The project won an honorable mention at the 1960 Festival of Arts Architectural Awards banquet organized by the Jefferson County Association of Architects.

UUC Birmingham dedicated its current campus on February 8, 2004. The former church building was demolished and the site redeveloped as the Botanical Place gated residential subdivision.

Current ministerJulie Conrady was "called by unanimous consent" in 2018 and and formally installed as the UUC Birmingham Settled Minister on January 18, 2020.
