The Ware Building is a 1-story, 6,000 square-foot commercial building at 1031–1035 20th Street South. It forms the southernmost corner of Block 763, at the intersection of Magnolia Avenue South at Five Points Circle in Birmingham's Five Points South neighborhood.

The building was constructed in 1933. Its storefront bays wrap the corner to form a segemented facade, clad in limestone carved with bas-relief sunbursts and stylized anthemions in an Art Deco style. Globe-shaped lanterns crown the pilasters dividing the bays.

The building was renovated in the 1970s. In 1983 Georges Bridges' marble Brother Bryan statue was restored and brought back to Five Points Circle from Vulcan Park. It occupies a plinth on the sidewalk in front of the Ware Building.

The Ware Building was acquired by Donald Kahn in 1984 as part of the ongoing development of Pickwick Place, but is not accessible from the pedestrian plaza at the heart of that project.
