Willie Mays Hamburgers, also called Say Hey Willie Mays' was a fast food restaurant at 1701 5th Avenue North on Block 62, catty-corner to Kelly Ingram Park, in downtown Birmingham.

It was opened on June 23, 1969 by Ashby Gholson in partnership with Birmingham native and San Francisco Giants star Willie Mays. Mays was expected to attend the grand opening, scheduled for the day after the All-Star Game in Washington D.C. The game was rained out, however, and postponed to the next afternoon. Mays visited to celebrate the restaurant's opening a few days later.

The restaurant, managed by Renard McMillian, served hamburgers, fried chicken and fried pies. The elevated sign was built in the shape of a baseball glove.
