500 Office Park Drive is a 3-story, 62,534 square-foot office building constructed in the 1970s in Mountain Brook's Office Park.
Capstone Communities purchased the building for $6 million in 2015. In 2021 the parcel was resurveyed into two units, and B. L. Harbert International bought a 24,000 square foot section of the building for $2.75 million.
