Common Thread acquired the building next door to Seeds at 172 Oxmoor Road in Homewood in 2014 for its headquarters and "The Hub" co-working space for its partners and program participants. Beginning in 2021 it began developing The Cultural Center at 222 6th Avenue Southwest in Titusville as a main office a "Hub2" space. Many of the businesses supported are owned by Common Threads.

Nick Crawford, founder of the A4All indoor sports facility succeeded McCall as executive director in 2019.
