Adrian Peterson Fields (born c. 1976 in Birmingham) is the southeast regional director for the Office of Community Planning and Development at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, based in Atlanta, Georgia.

Fields attended Alabama A&M University and earned her bachelor of science in accounting at Miles College, then went on to complete a master of public administration at Syracuse University's Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs. She began her career at HUD in 2000 as an auditor for the office of the inspector general, based in Birmingham. She was promoted to division director in 2011. In 2016 she moved to the Housing Authority of the Birmingham District as senior vice president and chief operating officer, then left in late 2019 to accept the role of vice president for operations and strategy at BGC Advantage (now Knight Development) of Ruston, Louisiana. She returned to HUD in 2021 and was promoted to her current role in 2024.
