Mountain Brook Fire Station No. 2 is a station for the Mountain Brook Fire Department located at 3100 Overton Road. It is commanded by battalion chief Patrick Dean.

The first Station No. 2, built in the mid-1970s, was located at 3785 Locksley Drive, on the corner of Overton Road and adjacent to Overton Park.

Construction of the present Station No. 2 began in May 2024, with a groundbreaking ceremony on June 10. The building was designed by Barrett Architecture Studio. It accommodates an additional truck bay and also provides an isolated area for turnout gear to mitigate exposure to per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). The new station also improves sightlines for trucks entering traffic. Stone Construction won the bid with a proposal for $10.1 million. The building permit reflected a $7.6 million cost of construction.
