Sachai Tea Co. is a producer of concentrated masala chai beverages made with teas and spices from India, and a distributor of loose-leaf tea. It was founded in 2015 by Rebecca and Clint Denson. Its name derives from the Hindu word "sach", meaning "truth".

Sachai Tea Co. was born while the Densons were working at Seeds Coffee Co., and they nurtured the business at the Common Thread business incubator in Homewood. In 2021 the company filed for registration as a benefit corporation under a state law passed during the 2020 Alabama legislative session, and for recognition as a "B Corp" through the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania-based B Lab nonprofit. The company directly promotes fair trade practices used by its suppliers, and seeks to establish an incubator kitchen to support other start-up food producers.

The company's concentrates are sold to individuals and to businesses. It is sold at retail at a booth at the Pepper Place Market and online.
