Birmingham Breadworks is a bakery and cafe owned by Brooks Taylor and Corey Hinkel, located at 2408 7th Avenue South. The owners began selling breads and pastries at Pepper Place Market around 2010 and acquired their permanent location in 2014. The cafe opened to the public on December 8 of that year.
