FiRE + iCE Improvisational Grill was a conceptual restaurant at 1108 20th Street South in Five Points South. The restaurant allowed patrons to pick the foods they wanted and take their selections to a grill chef to be cooked. The Birmingham location was the sixth for the chain, which began in Massachusetts in 1997. It opened in March 2008 and closed in October 2009.
