The Serenity Apartments on Valley Creek, formerly Westlee Park Apartments, is a 104-unit apartment complex located at 1012 33rd Street Southwest, between Lee Avenue Southwest and Wesley Avenue Southwest. The 6.36-acre site backs up to Valley Creek, south of Powderly Park in West End's Germania Park neighborhood.
The complex was constructed in 1967 and 1970. Its eight 2-story brick-clad buildings feature pedimented entrance doors and decorative shutters.
In 2019 Elevation Financial Group of Orlando, Florida sold the complex to an affiliate of the Warrior Equity Group for $3.32 million.
