Seafood & Chicken Box was a restaurant located at 5954 Chalkville Road in Trussville. The restaurant was opened in April 1972 in the Eastgate Shopping Center on Center Point Parkway in Center Point by brothers Paul and Carl Gagliano. The Gaglianos, who also did all the cooking, moved the restaurant after 37 years to Trussville on August 8, 2009.

In 2017, the restaurant was listed on Garden & Gun magazine's "Fried Chicken Bucket List".

The Gaglianos closed the restaurant on May 26, 2019.
