The building's site slopes steeply down to 26th Alley South, allowing for covered parking below ground level.
The "E"-shaped structure, with arms facing Highland Avenue, is clad with painted siding and a hipped roof on the wings and a gable on the central bay. The building was offered for sale in 2010 for $1.75 million. In 2017 it was purchased by attorney Arthur Edge.
