Clayton Richard "Dick" Lee II (born c. 1953; died September 28, 2017 in Gardendale) was a banking executive and member of the Gardendale Board of Education. He retired from Regions Bank after 32 years of service and had been with Peoples Bank of Alabama for the last 10 years serving as the Executive Vice President and Commercial Bank Executive. He also served as a Director of Peoples Bank of Alabama and Altrust Financial Services.

He served as a deacon at Gardendale First Baptist Church for many years and also served in other leadership capacities. He was passionate about his relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ and was a friend and mentor to many people in the community.

He held leadership positions in many charitable and civic organizations in the community.

He and his wife Connie have two sons, Andrew and David.

In 2021, the Dick Lee Memorial Scholarship Fund was established to support deserving Gardendale High School seniors.
