The Wood Family Cemetery is located at 119 57th Street North in Woodlawn. According to the Woodlawn Historic District listing on the National Register of Historic Places it was established in 1824. In 1898 Obadiah Washington Wood Sr. deeded it to the Wood family for burial of family members.
It was listed on the Alabama Register of Landmarks and Heritage in 1977.
