Elyton Baptist Church was a Baptist church founded in 1921 in the community of Elyton.
The church experienced a steep drop in membership in the early 1970s. On Wednesday evening, September 17, 1975 members of the church voted to disband. The congregation's assets were turned over to the Baptist Foundation to be sold, with proceeds split between the Cooperative Program for World Missions, the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering, and a retirement fund for pastor Edmond Creel.
