- This article is about the custom sign fabricator, for the former sign over the 5th Avenue North underpass at Birmingham Terminal Station, see Magic City sign. For the former music venue, see Magic City Wholesale.
Magic City Signs, formerly Magic City Wholesale Neon Inc. is a custom sign-making business founded in 1992 by Rene Pastor, who had learned to blow neon tubes while working for the former McBride Sign Co.
Around 2015 the business began selling to the public and expanding its services to include design and installation as well as fabrication and service. Later Pastor moved the shop from Commerce Avenue in Hueytown to 106 22nd Street South in Birmingham's Automotive Historic District.
