Café on Main is a restaurant located at 110 2nd Avenue West in Oneonta. The business began when Billy and Charlene Scharf purchased a former delicatessen at 218 Main Street in Trussville in 2000. They began operating it as a grill and then transitioned to a meat-and-three menu.

With help from their daughters, Leah and Anna, the Scharfs expanded with a second location in Oneonta.

In 2016 the Trussville location was closed due to Billy Scharf's declining health.
