The Clairhill Apartments is an apartment complex located in the 3300 block of Clairmont Avenue.
In 2006 a joint venture of Formation Methods, Hinton Properties and Netherlands-based Euro American Advisors proposed demolishing Clairhill and four neighboring complexes to make way for 216 condominiums.
Later, Formation Methods announced plans to work with outside investors to construct a single 247-apartment community in place of the five aging properties, which have 188 units between them. The project is tentatively called "Clairmont Apartment Homes".
