FiRE + iCE Improvisational Grill was a conceptual restaurant at 1108 20th Street South in Five Points South. The restaurant allowed patrons to pick the foods they want and take their selections to a grill chef to be cooked. The Birmingham location was the sixth for the chain, which began in Massachusetts in 1997, and opened in spring 2008.
