Jinsei is a Japanese restaurant owned by John Cassimus and Charleston Wilson and located in Homewood's SoHo Square. The restaurant opened in June 2006 and will feature hot and cold dishes and sushi as well as several types of sake, wine and champagne.
The head chef of Jinsei is Nobuhito Kadoma, a 20-year veteren of Japanese restaurants in Osaka, Los Angeles and Aspen.
