Courtney's Restaurant is a breakfast and meat and three lunch restaurant owned by Courtney Towne and located at 2330 6th Avenue South. A painted metel sculpture, "Leprechaun Lane" by artist Branko Medenica adorns the entrance.
Courtney's was voted "Best meat and three" and "Best take-out" in The Birmingham News City Scene, 2003 reader's poll. On December 11, 2005 Courtney's served as a filming location for Kenn McCracken's short, "Muckfuppet".

- Monday: beef tips over rice, salmon croquettes, chicken fried steak w/ white pepper gravy, baked chicken & dressing, grilled calf liver with onions & gravy
- Tuesday: fried chicken breast, meat loaf, baked pork chop with mushroom gravy, chicken fried steak w/ white pepper gravy
- Wednesday: roast turkey & dressing, chicken tetrazzini, baked lasagna w/ meat sauce, fried farm-bred catfish fillet, salisbury steak w/ mushroom gravy
- Thursday: country fried steak, smoked sausage and kraut, grilled calf liver with onions & gravy, chicken & dumplings
- Friday: chicken and broccoli casserole, baked pork chop with mushroom gravy, fried farm-bred catfish fillet, pot roast w/ potatoes and carrots.
- Saturday: breakfast only
