The racquetball competition at the 2022 World Games took place from July 10 to July 13 at the UAB Campus Recreation Center on the campus of the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Racquetball has been an irregular event since the inaugural 1981 World Games in Santa Clara, California, and the Birmingham edition marked the sixth time fistball was included as a regular event at the World Games.
