Hillcrest Baptist Church was a Baptist church located at 7120 Kimberly Avenue in East Lake. It was begun as a mission in March 1941 by the Rev. Lollis M. Sanders. It was organized on September 20, 1942 and dedicated its building in 1954. It sponsored the establishment of Ruffner Valley Baptist Church in 1960.
By 2024 the building was owned by Tabernacle of Praise Ministries.
