Thirty-Fifth Avenue Baptist Church was a Southern Baptist church in North Birmingham organized in 1903. It was initially known as Park Avenue Baptist Church. In 1928 it opened a new classical revival building at 2500 35th Avenue North.

In 1944 several members withdrew from Thirty-Five Avenue and founded North Birmingham Baptist Church. When the new church applied for admission to the Birmingham Baptist Association, Thirty-Fifth Avenue contested the admission, but the association after investigation admitted the new church and censured Thirty-Five Avenue for certain practices that surfaced in the investigation.

The congregation later disbanded and the building was sold to the Mt Pilgrim Baptist District Association which maintained it as its district center.
