Alabama Bound is a yearly book festival held since 1999 at the Birmingham Public Library with invited Alabama authors giving readings and presentations from recent works. It is organized by Linda Wilson and usually is scheduled for the same weekend as the Magic City Art Connection at Linn Park.

The 10th annual Alabama Bound festival was programmed to complement The Big Read: Project Mockingbird with panelists discussing the influence of the novel To Kill a Mockingbird, along with food and entertainment. Participants include:
