Giano's Italian Deli was an Italian restaurant operated by John Giangrosso.
The restaurant was originally located at 273 Lakeshore Parkway in Wildwood Centre South shopping center, but was forced to relocate when the western section of that center was set for demolition. He moved briefly to the former Sneaky Pete's Café space at 1919 Kentucky Avenue in the Vestavia Hills City Center, operating as Giano's Italian Restaurant, before closing the business in the early 2010s.
