Anthony's Restaurant was an Italian restaurant located at 2131 7th Avenue South in Southside. It opened in 1984 and was named "Best Romantic Restaurant" in the Birmingham News readers' poll in 2000 and 2001 and "Best Italian Restaurant" by the Birmingham Post-Herald in 2001.
