The Ensley Grill or Ensley Cafeteria was a meat-and-three buffet-style restaurant located at 414 19th Street in Ensley. It opened in 1930 and offered banquet facilities in addition to regular meal service.

The grill, owned then by Lawrence kilpatrick and James Franklin, Jr, was fully renovated in 1964 and reopened in October of that year. Joe Kurtts was the contractor.

During a robbery in 1986, Ensley Grill manager Nathan Madison was killed.
