* [[November 24]]: [[Fred Ransom]] was shot to death at the home of [[Leroy Reeves]] on [[Court J Ensley|5th Avenue]] in [[Monte Sano]] in an apparent jealous rage. Letters between Ransom and Mrs Reeves were submitted as evidence along with witness testimony. The coroner's jury determined that the shooting was justified and Reeves was released.
