Ferguson Enterprises is a Newport News, Virginia-based plumbing supplier with a showroom and distribution center in Birmingham.
In 2021 the Birmingham location relocated from 2800 2nd Avenue South in Pepper Place to a newly-constructed 67,000 square foot warehouse and showroom facility at 101 39th Street North, on the site of the former Building 7 at Avondale Commerce Park. Appleby & Laccetti Architects of Atlanta, Georgia designed the building, and INCO Group constructed it. STAG Industrial of Boston, Massachusetts acquired the property in 2022 for $7.8 million.
