The Samaritan Foundation, doing business as ConnectionHealth, is a nonprofit organization founded in 2003 which trains community health workers. Its offices are located in the Magnolia Building at 2101 Magnolia Avenue. Its executive director is Trinita Ashford.
In 2023 the organization was awarded a $3 million grant from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).
