The 2021–2025 Birmingham City Council served as the Birmingham City Council from 2021 to 2025. The nine members were elected by district to concurrent four-year terms in the 2021 Birmingham municipal election on August 24, 2021.
- District 1: Clinton Woods (1st full term), unopposed, having been appointed in December 2018 to fill the seat left vacant by Lashunda Scales' election to the Jefferson County Commission.
- District 2: Hunter Williams (2nd term), defeated 3 challengers
- District 3: Valerie Abbott (6th term), defeated 3 challengers
- District 4: J. T. Moore (1st term), defeated 1-term incumbent William Parker and 3 other challengers
- District 5: Darrell O'Quinn (2nd term), defeated 4 challengers
- District 6: Crystal Smitherman (1st full term), defeated 2 challengers, having been appointed in December 2018 to fill the seat left vacant by Sheila Tyson's election to the Jefferson County Commission.
- District 7: Wardine Alexander (1st full term), defeated 3 challengers, having been appointed in September 2018 to fill the seat left vacant by Jay Roberson' resignation.
- District 8: Carol Clarke (1st term), defeated 7 other candidates
- District 9: LaTonya Tate (1st term), defeated 1-term incumbent John Hilliard and two other challengers.

In 2023 Darrell O’Quinn was elected is president of the council and Wardine Alexander was elected president pro tem.
