Vinyl-Mark Products Inc. (formerly First Alabama Supply Co. Inc.) is a former vinyl siding and window wholesaler with seven locations in Alabama, Mississippi and Georgia. It was headquartered at 721 Brooklane Drive in Hueytown.
The company was founded in 1975 by Willard and Jessie Bailey. Their son, Mark was also an officer of the company. He died in an automobile accident on his way to work in 1999.
In 2009 the U. S. Department of Labor filed a lawsuit against the company alleging that it had illegally transfered funds from its employees' pension and profit-sharing funds to pay operating expenses.
