Keith Rice (born c. 1959) is an investigator for law firms.
He has a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from Alabama State University. He and his wife LaTonia have three children. He has served as PTA president at L. M. Smith Middle School and was active in the PTSA at Huffman High School. Rice is a greeter and usher at Ridgecrest Baptist Church.
Rice was an unsuccessful candidate in the 2009 election for the Birmingham Board of Education District 1 seat vacated by Martha Wixom. He lost the two-way race to Tyrone Belcher by 84 votes.
