The Singer Building is located at 2008 2nd Avenue North. The Singer Sewing Machine Company purchased the left half of the 1880s Garrett Building in the 1920s and hired Warren, Knight & Davis to construct a limestone-clad Renaissance Revival style edifice in its place. The facade features a large Palladian window and balustraded parapet.
Recently, the building has housed the offices of the Plaintiff's Liaison Counsel.
