Kairos Katering and Kafe is a restaurant and catering business operated by James K. Jones from the kitchen at the Grace & Truth Church, housed in the former Ollie's Bar-B-Q building at 515 University Boulevard. It opened on December 4, 2006.
The restaurant opened a second location in the former Max's Cafeteria at 961 Main Street in the Gardendale Plaza in Gardendale, but that location closed in October 2012.
