Yum Brownies & Biscuits was a local producer of gourmet brownies and dog biscuits sold at Pepper Place Saturday Market and Trattoria Centrale. The company, launched in 2010 by Jeremy and Tasha Fisher of Crestwood, ceased production in 2012.
