Hoover First United Methodist Church is a Methodist church located at 1934 Patton Chapel Road in Hoover. It is associated with the Patton Chapel Cemetery.
Hoover First United Methodist Church operates a day school to provide day care and preschool services. In 2022 a longstanding practice of forcing children to eat hot sauce as punishment became public.
